How to install DDR1 RAM in Pentium 4 Motherboard (Funny) (Hindi) (720p HD)

RAM is sensitive to static charges and should be handled carefully. Never touch the metal conductors and only handle RAM by their edges.

Depending on its architecture, there will always be at least one notch in a RAM, but never more than two.

RAM modules are keyed with little notches that fit over corresponding tabs in the RAM slots. Before inserting the RAM module, make sure that the notches and tabs are correctly lined up.

Installing RAM is easy to do and probably the easiest task in building a computer.

There will be one or two indentations on your RAM (depending on type of RAM). These indentations need to face the notches on the RAM slots. Now take the RAM carefully and push them into RAM slot, the little RAM clicks should snap into place.

If the BIOS screen comes up on your monitor and there is not a series of beepings then your RAM is successfully installed. To check if all your RAM is recognized by your computer, then you need to go to the BIOS setup, which will display the amount of RAM that is recognized.

This video can be useful for a new user who wants to change their DDR1 RAM in their Pentium computers. Same steps are applicable for installing new type of RAM (DDR2 or DDR3) in their respective Motherboards. (Voice : Hindi)

The dialogue of this video is little humorous and has touch of a cricket match commentary.
